• Banking & Financial Partners: To hold funds in FDIC-insured accounts and process disbursements to educational institutions or loan servicers.

• Educational Institutions & Loan Servicers: Solely for the purpose of processing fund disbursements on your behalf.

5. Financial Data & Fund Safety

All funds held within the College Cash platform — including family contributions and accumulated cashback rewards — are held at an FDIC-insured financial institution. Deposits are protected up to the limits established by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Funds are never disbursed directly to students as personal cash. All disbursements are made directly to an accredited educational institution, trade school, online learning provider, job training program, or student loan servicer designated by the account holder.

6. Children's Privacy

College Cash serves high school and college-age students and is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.

If a user is between the ages of 13 and 17, we encourage parental involvement in account setup and the management of family contribution features. Parents or guardians who believe their child under 13 has provided personal information to College Cash should contact us immediately at contact@yourcollegecash.com so we can delete that information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days of verifying your request, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with standard financial recordkeeping requirements.
