Request Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. Here's everything you need to know about deleting your College Cash account.

How to Request Deletion

Account deletion requests are handled by our support team. To get started, follow these steps:

  1. 1 Send an email to our support team using the button below. Include the email address linked to your College Cash account.
  2. 2 Our team will verify your identity and confirm your request within 2 business days.
  3. 3 Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

⚠️ Family Contribution Balance: If your account has an outstanding family contribution balance, deletion will be paused. Our support team will contact you to arrange the return of those funds before your account is closed.
